WERiDON operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). WERiDON is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. However, colors, surface finish, and appearance may differ due to device settings, lighting, production batches, and material characteristics.
We do not warrant that the appearance or perceived quality of any products will meet your subjective expectations or be identical to what is displayed online.
All descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
3.1 Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. WERiDON reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until WERiDON confirms acceptance and receives successful payment (where applicable).
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout or inquiry submission.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
3.2 Retail vs. Commercial / Custom Orders
Our Services may be used for:

In-stock accessory purchases (standard online checkout), and/or

Bulk custom equipment, OEM, and commercial orders (often confirmed through written specifications, invoices, or purchase orders).
Where a conflict exists between online checkout terms and a written quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order confirmation, or manufacturing specification sheet, the written documents will govern for that specific commercial order.
3.3 Commercial Use
You may purchase products for business use. However, commercial or bulk custom orders may be subject to different terms, including production lead times, non-cancellable status after production begins, and logistics arrangements.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time an order is placed or a quotation is accepted.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, import charges, or freight charges.
We may offer promotions governed by separate terms. If there is a conflict, promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information, and to promptly update information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that charges will be honored.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing for commercial shipments, once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
5.1 Force Majeure
WERiDON shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supplier shortages, governmental actions, regulatory changes, customs delays, transportation interruptions, war, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, performance timelines shall be extended for the duration of the event, and WERiDON shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact.
SECTION 6 - CUSTOM MANUFACTURING, OEM & MADE-TO-ORDER TERMS
6.1 Specification Confirmation
For custom, OEM, or bulk commercial orders, you are responsible for reviewing and approving specifications prior to production, including (as applicable):

Materials and construction

Dimensions, weight ranges, and tolerances

Surface finishes and color references
-
Artwork, logo placement, and print files

Packaging requirements
-
Quantity, QC standards, and acceptance criteria
6.2 Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable After Production Begins
Custom or made-to-order production orders are prepared specifically for you. Once manufacturing has begun, custom production orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded, except as expressly set out in our Return & Refund Policy or in a written agreement.
6.3 Production Variations
You acknowledge that manufacturing may involve reasonable tolerances and minor variations, including but not limited to:

Color, texture, gloss level, or surface appearance

Material characteristics and batch differences

Weight, balance, or dimension tolerances within industry-accepted ranges

Printing alignment within normal production limits
Such variations do not constitute defects.
6.4 Quality Claims for Custom Orders
Any claims relating to defects in custom or OEM orders must be submitted within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy [LINK] and must include supporting photos and documentation.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (OUR CONTENT)
Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by WERiDON, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for lawful purposes. Except as expressly permitted, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent.
WERiDON’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WERiDON or its affiliates or licensors. Shopify’s name and marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks are the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 8 - CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
If you submit designs, logos, artwork, trademarks, or proprietary specifications (“Customer Materials”), you represent and warrant that you own or have sufficient rights, permissions, and licenses to authorize us to use and produce goods incorporating such Customer Materials.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WERiDON from claims arising out of or related to Customer Materials, including allegations of infringement or misappropriation.
We may use Customer Materials solely for evaluation, quotation, production, and order fulfillment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to third-party tools we do not control. You acknowledge we provide access “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

WERiDON is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with WERiDON. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and WERiDON, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with WERiDON.

The Services and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.
SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WERiDON (OR OUR AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS), OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WERiDON’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WERiDON FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WERiDON, Shopify, and our affiliates and service providers from losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of:

Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.
SECTION 23 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts in the jurisdiction where WERiDON is headquartered. You consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
